SHIPPING:

Have you heard the news?! All orders within the US qualify for free shipping. Oh capital! For our friends in the UK and Canada, we are working hard to offer the best shipping rates for you. As of right now we are only shipping within the US, but we will hark the news when it is available.

For US orders, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. 

You will receive notifications when your order has been confirmed (begins processing), when it has shipped (with a tracking number), and when it has been delivered. Once your order says it has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please contact your local postal service for assistance.



RETURNS:

We only accept returns in the form of exchanges for a different size. 

We know you are making an important decision to purchase the item and so we want to help you in that process. We are not here to trick you into a sale, but to help you choose the best product to secure your happiness.

Let’s be honest; we know it can be tempting to order a Small and Medium to see which fits better and return the other. However, as a small business, we want to ensure you make the best decision the first time around so you can be an Everyday Lizzy as soon as your items arrive. In the event that an item needs to be exchanged for a different size, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and must contact us no later than 30 days from the initial order. An exchange will only be issued once the item has been returned and is free of all odors, stains, make-up, food, pet hair, etc., and is unworn/unwashed.

In the unlikely event that items are missing from your order, please email us and we will take care to resolve it directly.



PRE-ORDER/BACK-ORDER:

Please anticipate an additional 2-3 week shipping time for pre-order items.

We do carry inventory once a piece is off pre-order; however, if an item/size is out of stock or on back-order, it will be labeled as such.
